This summer, I brought on a team of young women who were hungry to learn — and they’ve already proven they’re not here to play. These girls dove headfirst into everything: marketing, styling, content, leadership, sewing, and strategy. They’ve been building the foundation of what Jaded stands for — not just clothes, but a movement.

And when I say we don’t do fluff internships, I mean it.

They just wrapped their first real industry experience behind the scenes at OC Swimwear Fashion Week — helping prep runway looks, coordinating models, checking lineups, steaming garments, and keeping the chaos under control. It was fast, messy, hot, unfiltered — and they didn’t flinch.

They helped make magic for designers like Melissa Pellone, Lena Milinovic, Fodada Clothing, and Islander Swim. Every model that walked out was styled, coached, and launched by our team. They handled it like pros.

This isn’t the highlight. It’s just the first rep.
This is what being Jaded looks like.
