Fashion Meets Wellness: A Day at the Valley Villa Oasis
We often think of facials and bubble baths when we talk about self-care, but is that all there is to it? The body has always been the canvas of fashion, but how do we honor it beyond surface-level rituals? What does it really mean to feel healthy in our own skin?
This weekend, Jaded joined a community of brands exploring exactly that at the Wellness Social Event in Studio City. Hosted at the beautiful Valley Villa Oasis, the day brought together creativity, wellness, and style in one inspiring space. Guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails, farm-to-table food, sauna sessions, refreshing ice baths, live music, and a curated fashion show featuring Jaded designs.
The event, produced by Dom O’Reilly and curated by Eddie Montoya, invited guests to unwind, connect, and celebrate wellness in all forms. One standout brand was Body Alter by Moni Sky, known for its custom body jewelry that moves with the wearer. Their message was simple yet powerful: treat your body like an altar and honor it through how you adorn it.
For Jaded, the experience was a reminder that fashion is more than fabric and design. It is about feeling good, looking good, and living with intention. The show brought confidence, creativity, and connection to a day centered on healing and harmony.
Wellness is not just a trend. It is a lifestyle. And when fashion meets wellness, both worlds shine a little brighter.

Making Waves in the Community
Bridging the Gap: The Future of Fashion in the IE
Last week, Chaffey College hosted its Fashion Industry Advisory & Roundtable, bringing together educators, industry leaders, and community partners to discuss the future of fashion in the Inland Empire.
The meeting focused on improving student opportunities — from enhanced creative spaces and transferable classes to mentorship and real-world experience. Jaded’s founder joined the conversation alongside her interns, who shared firsthand insights from a student’s perspective. Inspired by the dialogue, they want to start a student forum to give their peers a stronger voice in shaping Chaffey’s fashion program.
The discussion highlighted a shared vision: positioning the IE as a growing fashion hub, not just LA’s neighbor. With abundant manufacturing space, untapped talent, and strong educational programs, the region holds immense potential for creative and economic growth.
Following the roundtable, Jaded connected Chaffey College with the IE Regional Chamber of Commerce to explore ways to bridge education and industry. Plans are already underway for a campus tour and future collaborations that could bring mentorship, manufacturing partnerships, and new opportunities to local fashion students.
Change is happening — one conversation, one connection, and one opportunity at a time.

Change Is on the Horizon

Creating Change: Where Are You Jaded?
Change is in the air. From classrooms to runways, from ideas to action, we’re seeing what happens when people decide they’ve had enough of staying the same.
At Jaded, we see “jaded” as the beginning of opportunity — the point where awareness turns into action and change becomes possible. It’s that moment when you realize you’re ready for something more and finally start moving toward it.
As we continue our Jaded Movement campaign, we invite you to pause and take inventory. Ask yourself:
Where in my life have I started to feel stuck or uninspired?
What am I tolerating that no longer serves me?
When was the last time I felt truly proud of the woman I’m becoming?
What’s one small action I can take this week to move closer to the life I want?
Who could I reach out to for support, mentorship, or connection?
Every woman experiences seasons of being jaded — but those moments hold power. They are the push that leads to reinvention, courage, and new beginnings.
Whether you’re standing at the edge of change, rebuilding after loss, or finally stepping into your purpose, your story matters. It might be exactly what someone else needs to hear to start their own.
If you’re ready to share your journey, send your story to [email protected].
Together, we can turn moments of frustration into fuel for transformation.
